Website Upgrades!

Y'all probably won't notice any changes, but I've upgraded nearly all the code, with a "better" Contact page, Gallery, and other stuff.

As always, please let me know if you have any problems, questions, or other input.

EDIT: I've also added some forum information on the front page.
