Stream Status Upgrades!

Shorah, y'all!
I'm quite proud to present some upgrades to UruTunes' front page and player pages.
They both now show the current playing track and other details for each stream, and they automatically update without a page reload.
It may seem like a small thing, but for me it took some learning to get it done gracefully(?) in JavaScript using jQuery and its AJAX function.
As always, if this causes any problems, please let me know.
