On July 27 in 2007, UruTunes(.com) was born. I used the project as motivation to learn more about web programming and publishing, and I look back on the date with great fondness.

That was when Uru Live was on the gaming subscription service GameTap. We met lots of great folks and many of them had music streams going. So, I made a list and put it on the web. Some of my very best friends were met through that process and are still close to us today. I'm so grateful to known them, and I celebrate those friendships with you all now!

So, pour yourself your favorite drink and join me to commemorate the beginning of UruTunes!

Do you have good memories from the GameTap days? When did you first hear about UruTunes?

Time flies when you're having fun, and running this site has been the greatest. I've learned a lot and met lots of great folks.

From storytelling and live music in the Eder gardens, to Relaxing Sessions in a Bevin's light garden, there's still much to see, hear, and say in the Ages Of Myst.
