I love URU.
Wow,
I started doing the first game Myst, so long ago..... fourteen years. It seems like forever. Spent 50 + hours doing it and I was so disappointed when I finished it. I fell in love with the game and the concept and I have been nuts about every game since then. The two year wait between games was unbearable too. geeeeez........./cry
Myst, Riven, Myst III,Excile, Path of the Shell, URU, Revelation and End of Ages were fantastic and the incredible creativity of Cyan has never and will never, cease to amaze me. They are truly gifted people. I'm pretty good at puzzle solving as a rule and on every age I have never been right yet on my first "I got" solution to each puzzle..... Nor my second nor the third.... How the heck did they know what I would guess anyway? geeeeez......they are so cool.
When URU live came about a few years ago and it was incredible too. Meeting people and doing things with other explorers was so wonderful. I had never been in an online game before either. It's cancellation was a big disappointment for me.
The Myst Online URU Live came back and I was so excited. It has turned out to be so much better than I could have ever imagined too. I love the people and my D'ni family. All of you have made it so much fun for me. It's truly a life changing experience. Exploring ages with my friends is the "ultimate" age for me. It's so hard to do and age by myself now, I miss everyone.
I am so much looking forward to every new age Cyan brings us. Think about it.... every age has a unique twist that has never been seen before. How do they come up with these ideas? Example, Tsogal; requiring 8 people to solve the age. What a brilliant idea! People from all over the world suddenly having to work together and do exactly what's required to get through the silly door. I can hardly wait to see what is ahead for us and you will be there with me.. ... :)
I will continue to support Cyan and MOUL forever... Cyan I love you.!.....
