Hitana20's Myst / Uru Story

Ok my story isn't very long so far but here it goes...  

When I bought and played Uru Complete Chronicles, Uru Live (1) had already been put down and I didn't knew about Until Uru and it's servers. When I did (which was in 2006), I knew that my computer and broadband were just too slow for it. Soon after we got a new PC and I could finally go into the game.   

My first party was up the Tokatah Roof but I'm not sure if it was an Up the Roof! Party. I enjoyed most of the music and the lots of dancing although we had massive lag. When Uru Live (2) started more parties were celebrated but I could never participate in one as I had too much to do and it was too late for me.

Then Lord Chaos let me listen to his great collection of Bruce Springsteen albums and I became suddenly interested in broadcasting music myself. So I asked him about it and he led me to Shoutcast. I really was slow on the uptake at that time. Sorry for that LC and thanks for all the patience again!  

Then I informed myself about broadcasting and got Shoutcast and Winamp. However I couldn't get through it before I joined UruTunes (of which I knew from LC) and read Swifts great instruction. I had forgot to install Shoutcast DNAS too and I had MASSIVE problems with my router. You know how annoying that was Swift!  But after a veeeery long night (for me) and another half of a day we had finally won the battle! 

The next days the space around my desk was filled with CD's and I was working one week to rip certain things. I still have to do that from time to time coz it's SO much!  I do hope to become a good provider for music and parties for European Explorers. Then you Americans wouldn't have to go up so early in the morning and try to make yourself feel a bit like party!
