I've finally done something a bit more graceful with the Now Playing module using some fancy JavaScript. Next, I will be re-working the Broadcasters List and embedded Player Pages to integrate them. |

I'm planning to completely rebuild the Broadcasters and Now Playing lists. I'm not sure when, but the idea is to allow broadcasters to easily alter their own player page and settings so that listeners will get more up to date info, and broadcasters will have more control.
I just wanted to let everyone know that UruTunes is not stagnant or old, but we are working to make it serve you better.
I haven't forgotten or changed my mind. I'm just busy (or lazy, depending on the day) with other projects lately. Since we hardly get any traffic, I'm betting that not too many people care much. |

Do you need a free SHOUTcast server for an event?
The UruTunes Radio Server is available to registered members, completely free of charge. Just contact us to get easy instructions how to use it. It is capable of broadcasting at 128kbps, in Stereo, to TEN-THOUSAND (10,000) listeners at once. |

Free servers don't show in Now Playing |

As much as it pains me, I must admit defeat. The free servers that some of us use for large parties will not show up on our Now Playing list.
Our links in the Broadcasters list still work so everyone can listen with just one click, even if the feed is not showing.
Such is the way with free stuff sometimes. We'll just deal with it as best we can. One solution is to run your own home server to trigger the Now Plaing list, and use the free server to handle the crowds. Anyone that needs help with this can contact me. Our FAQ on that is quite complete and I'm always available to assist. |

Our UruTunes D'niJ's (broadcasters) listed here provide music for us while we play. We have dance parties, event parties, Bevin parties, for-no-reason parties.
All D'niJs have their own styles and schedules, so check our D'niJ Registry for more info. If you'd like to get listed here or create your own Internet Radio Broadcast, just ask. It's all free!
